Research and Development is the kernel of Arena Scientific. More than 80 technical experts work within the R&D division and big proportion of its annual revenue is invested in it. R&D team of Arena Scientific is organized into 5 research groups :

History

1993: Arena Scientific is founded and starts as electronics design firm, specializing in digital signal processing and motion control.

1997: Arena Scientific moves from the University campus to the Science Park Eindhoven with 20 employees.

1999: First investments made in own in-house electronics manufacturing facility.

2001: Arena Scientific starts to deliver complete box-built systems.

2005: Arena Scientific receives ISO 9001 certificate for its quality management system. Arena Scientific wins a supplier quality award from a leading OEM in the medical industry.

2006: A second manufacturing facility is opened to support the rapid growth.

2008: The Arena Scientific team of professionals expands to more than 100 people. Competences have broadened to full multidisciplinary system design and delivery including electronics, mechanics and software.

2010: Arena Scientific realizes a complete new facility accommodating all activities including advanced qualification labs and clean rooms. The building exceeds current standards on energy consumption and sustainability and can accommodate Arena Scientific's growth for the next years.

Organization

Arena Scientific is a company of 200 professionals working closely together in cross-functional teams. Main values are integrity, loyalty and responsibility. We have a "lean" organization with three groups directly serving our clients. A management team of 5 - including the two founders, William and Victoria - is responsible for supporting the organization in realizing its ambitious goals. Arena Scientific is located near one of the technological regions of Germany.
